If Me Derby refers a candidate to your company and you want to hire that candidate on a temporary or contractual basis, Me Derby calculates 27% which is billed weekly, in addition to the rate paid directly to the candidate by your company. Payment of the contract is paid out of the research costs and temporary work for the guarantee. 12th Convention. This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, if any, between the Parties and constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties. The agreement may only be supplemented, amended or revised in writing with the agreement of the parties. The agreement covers all related companies of BIM Recruiting, LLC. The RETAINER FEE for this research is 1/3 of the total estimated fee. A planned salary is agreed, the retainer tax is set and the derby is paid to me to start the search. The withholding tax is non-refundable. The balance of the tax would be due 15 calendar days after the start date of the hired candidates (the first business day for your company) to start the warranty period. 7. Resignation. Either party may at any time terminate this Agreement in writing, with or without justification, within thirty (30) days.
Section 4 («Warranty Directive») also applies after termination of this Agreement. Me Derby offers both quota and retained research.
